He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvin Nolte and Charlotte Nolte; his wife Vickie; his children, James Percy (Angie), Mary Cerullo (Phil) and Jeffery Percy; and his siblings, Deborah Walsh (Tom) and Dan Nolte (Roberta). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donantions be made to area Hospice or Cancer Centers.
