He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Baise Sr. and Gertie Nicely Baise; and his siblings, Theodore Roosevelt Baise Jr., Gloria Jean Baise, Norman "Bo" Ray Baise and Roy Lee Baise.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Baise Jr. of Chesapeake, OH, Shannon Nicely of South Point, OH and Laura Smith of Florida; and his siblings, Doug Baise, Carl "Bernard" Baise, Loretta Millard and Phyllis Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
