He is survived by: his children, Mark Breeding (Sonya) of Ashland and Sally Love (Mike) of Chesapeake, OH; his son-in-law Mike Love; his wife Gladys Marcum Breeding; his daughter Sandy Fortner of Ironton, OH; and his brother Stewart Breeding, Jr. of Ashland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
