It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Davis Blevins of South Point, Ohio, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Davis and Nannie Floris Huff Davis; her sister Helen D. Brown; and her daughter Lora Jane Blevins. She is survived by: her husband Ken Blevins; her daughter Connie Rutherford (Lewis); and her siblings, Gloria S. Balmer and George L. Davis (Carolyn).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
