Stinnett (South Point, Ohio), born in Clifton Forge, Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lacy and Erma Honts Stinnett; and his brother William Lacy Stinnett, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Persinger Stinnett; his stepson Randy Stinnett (Penny); his stepgranddaughter Renee Stinnett; and his friend Sambo.
