He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevens and Hazel Aldridge Stevens; his wife Rebecca "Beckie" Stevens; and his siblings, Patricia Lewis, Button Bowles, Bennie Stevens, James Stevens and Daniel Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie, Sherry, Rita Dalton (Leroy) of Harts, WV and Carl Stevens II (Michele) of Ironton, OH; his siblings, Helen Schnitzius, Curt Stevens (Barb) and John Stevens (Sharon); his brother-in-law Mack Bowles; his grandchildren, Brad Morrison (Emily), Daniel Morrison (Raechelle), Casey Dalton (Chelby), Carlee Dalton (Jarrett Bailey), Bridget Stevens and Skyler Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Pyper, Wyatt, Abby, Gabby, Jobe, Brantley and Micah.
