He was predeceased by: his father Charles Fannin. He is survived by: his mother Martha Lemaster Fannin; his girlfriend Chantelle Kearns; his children, Keith, Devyn Thurman, Braxton Taylor and Zachariah Miller; and his siblings, Brandy Hector, Greg Lewis and Rick Lewis.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
