He is survived by: his children, Kathy Forlines (Tim) of Clinton, TN, David Roberts (Daphne) of Amelia, VA, Diann Kelley (Scot) of South Point, OH and Marjorie Hasting (Robert) of Maryville, TN; and his sister Donna Jean Morris (Frank) of Columbus, OH.
