With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores (Dutch) Davidson Whitley (South Point, Ohio), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2019 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Myrtle Nease Davidson; her husband Cecil R. Whitley; her siblings, Maxine Sloan, Eileen Sutton, Kathleen Sheppard and James Davidson; and her son-in-law Ray Sloan.
She is survived by: her daughter Delores "Pug" Sloan of Ironton, OH; her siblings, Elizabeth Austin of South Point, OH, Robert Lee Davidson, Jr. of South Point and Ronald Davidson (Katie) of South Point; her sister-in-law Marilyn Davidson of South Point, OH; and her grandsons, Joe Sloan (Julie) of Elizabethtown, KY and Matt Sloan (Kelli) of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by 6 great grandsons; one great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
