He is survived by: his wife Joy Crowe (Baker-Carrico); his children, Cindy Gillum (Brett) of Flatwoods, KY, Teresa Gancie of Chantilly, VA, Telisa Perkins (Allen) of Ashland, KY, Jamie Reynolds (Donna) and Roger D. Reynolds, II (Kathy) of South Point, OH; and his sisters, Diana Ruley (Gary) of Ashland, KY and Melinda (Randy Boggs) of South Point, OH. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
