He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Combs, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Adkins Combs of Lavalette, WV; his wife Robin Combs; his stepchildren, Crystal Withrow (Jackie) of South Point and Joshua Maynard (Rachel) of Pedro, OH; his grandchildren, Bryce Stevens of Pedro, Abby Bloomfield of Pedro, Willow Maynard of Pedro and Jarrett Maynard of Pedro; and his siblings, Beverly Langdon (Joe) of Huntington, WV and Roy Combs, Jr. (Karen) of Newcomerstown, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, cousins and extended family.
