She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lyons, Steve Cremeans and Carmie Cremeans; her siblings, Shirl Adkins, Gail Adkins and Pamela Adkins; her grandchildren, Marty Hutchinson, Timothy Hutchinson, Larry Cremeans, Nikki Cremeans, Steven Cremeans and Mandi Cremeans; and her great grandchild Isabella Cremeans. She is also survived by other great grandchildren.
