He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Edward and Verna Marie Holley Bias; his parents-in-law, Joe and Garnet South; and his siblings-in-law, Charles South (Nancy) and Betty Hall (Dale).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Arlene South Bias; his children, Gregory Bias (Charlene) of Proctorville, OH, Cynthia Woody (Ronald) of South Point, OH and Gary Bias of Bastrop, LA; his grandchildren, Whitney Woody, Zachary Woody (Liz) and Ronnie Woody; and his siblings-in-law, Jim South and Peggy South. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
