She was predeceased by: her parents, Opie Bowling and Paul; her grandson Michael Brandon Horan; and her brother Jim Bowling. She is survived by: her husband Garland Wendell Kearns; her children, Paul Kearns of Florida, James Kearns (Kelli) of Ironton, Brian Kearns (Brenda) of Tennessee, Brenda Horan (Mike) of South Point and Karen Pinkerman (Jim) of South Point; her brother Paul Frazier Jr. (Bud); and her grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Monica, Sunny, Joshua, Caleb, Chelsea, Chris, Amanda, David, Allyson, Daniel, Patrick, Brandon, Skylar and Shawn. She is also survived by her 22 great-grandchildren.
