With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn V. Ahern (South Point, Ohio), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2019 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Frederic Ahern (Rick) and Joanne Ahern; her aunts and uncles, Randy, Peggy Harmon, Steve, Tabitha Crum and Nancy Ahern of New York City; and her cousins, Mitch, Angie, Amanda, Lee and Becky.
