He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Gullett and Verlie V. Howard Gullett; his wife Donna Rose Sanders Gullett; his daughter Rhonda Sue Gullett; his stepdaughter Debra Abbott; his siblings, Maxine Martin and Marvin Gullett; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Gullett.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Truxal (Eric) of Lima, OH and Steve Gullett (Chrystal) of Painesville, OH; his stepson Terry Spears of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, Anita Louise Marcum, Anna Belle Tipton (Bill) of Ironton, OH, Emma Turley (Jim) of South Point, OH, Harold Gullett (Nancy) of Ironton, OH and O'Dell Williams (Carolyn) of Kitts Hill, OH; and his sister-in-law Katherine Gullett of Fredericktown, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
