He is survived by: his father-in-law James Riggs; his wife Lisa Carter; his daughters, Shannon Maynard, Brandi Traylor, Breanna Stevens (Joey) and Jenna Carter; his siblings, Tony Carter (Angela), Doug Woodard (Julie), David Rorrer, Rhonda Carter, Greg Riggs (Sandy), Jeff Riggs (Ami) and Ronnie Riggs (Katie); his mother-in-law Lora Riggs; and his grandchildren, Hay, Reagan, Adison Maynard, Jeremy Tyler, Lyndsie, Jaxson McMillian and Harper Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousin.
