He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ciccolella Fields; his daughters, Trudi Fields of South Point, OH, Amy Baker (David) of Edwardsville, IL and Nikie Carey (Dalton) of Ironton, OH; his stepdaughter Kara Ciccolella Brown (Steve) of Waterloo, OH; his sons, Brian Fields (Cristi) of Dayton, OH and Murray Fields (Ann) of Munster, IN; his niece Julie Wagner (Bobby) of Shade, OH; and his nephew Jonathan Robinson (Kathleen). He is also survived by Mentor, OH; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
