He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ramey and Inez Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Faye Ramey; his children, Kim Butcher (Tim), Misty Workman (Paul), Paula, Teresa Willis and Frankie Meehling (Kelli); his brother Jimmy Ramey; and his great grandchildren, Mark Willis, Frankie, Connor Cook and Skye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
