He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Webb (Sexton); his daughters, Carol of Flatwoods, KY., Wanda Gayhart (Gene) of Flatwoods, KY. and Penny Chaffins (Raymond) of Flatwoods, KY.; his grandchildren, Leanna Jarrell of Flatwoods, KY, Shelley Carrico (Gary) of Kitts Hill and Shelton III Chaffins (Flora) of Sumter, S. C.; and his great grandchildren, Garrett Carrico of Sumter, S. C, Reid Carrico of Sumter, S. C and Samantha Chaffins of Sumter, S. C.
