He is survived by: his children, David Lee Simpkins of Ona, WV, Lloyd Ray Simpkins of Scottown, Jimmie Dale Simpkins of Amelia, VA, Robin Annette Blevins of Gholson, TX and Karen Cardoso of Proctorville, Ohio; his grandchildren, David, Missy, Irene Simpkins, Lloyd Simpkins, Savannah Chambers, Heather Simpkins and Chrissy Simpkins; his great grandchildren, Austin, Maddie, Dakota, Bailey, Kaytlyn, Colten, Mason, Brayden, Ethan and Kiara; and his siblings, Helen Parsons of West Hamlin, WV, Tootise Adkins (Asbury) of East Lynn, WV and John Simpkins (Brenda) of Wayne, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
