We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2019, at the age of 83, Luemma Braxton (South Point, Ohio), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kyle and Bertie Kyle (Wolfe); her husband Gilbert C. Braxton; and her sister Swanie Brewer. She is survived by: her children, Marcella Harvey (Lewis), Charletta Ferrell (Brian), Christina Braxton (Clarence), Monica Melendez (Javier), Gilbert Braxton (Donna) and Martin Cooper; and her grandchildren, LaTonya (Eric), Asala (Aaron), Asim, Kisha, Charles, Summer, Alia (Ryan), Javier, Marcella, Shayla and Adrienne.
