She is survived by: her children, Alice Wheeler and Herb; her daughter-in-law Luanna Karlet; her grandchildren, Laura Ellen Payne of South Point, OH, James Alan Wheeler of South Point, OH, Kelli M. Karlet and Brian J. Karlet (Kelley) of South Point, OH.; her great grandchildren, Logan Rose of South Point, Abby Payne of South Point, Jaxson Karlet of South Point and Cooper Karlet of South Point; and her sister Vera Waggoner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
