She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Haynes; her daughters, Clara Louise Casella (Christopher) of Chesapeake, OH and Teresa Renea Spillman of Chesapeake, OH; and her grandchildren, Katrina Marie Spillman, Andrew Kyle Spillman and Zayne Michael Spillman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
