He was predeceased by: his parent Howard L. Mullens. He is survived by: his parent Tishie M. Moulton; his wife Betty Jane Mullens; his children, Kelli Helton of South Point, OH and Todd Mullens of Milton, WV; his daughter-in-law Kelli Mullens of Milton, WV; his grandchildren, Jake Helton, Noah Mullens, Grace Mullens and Josh Helton; his siblings, Howard Mullens (Lori), Kaye Savory (Tom) and Gregory Mullens (Lee Anne); his siblings-in-law, Philip Daniel and Diane Daniel; his nephew Shane Overby (Kelly) of Scott Overby; and his niece Angie Jolicoeur (Brent).
