She is survived by: her parent Letha May Clay Chapman; and her children, Shelia Booth of South Point, OH, Russell Paul Booth, II, Peggy Booth of South Point, OH and Katherine Martin of Kitts Hill, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
