She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. Kelley and Ruth F. Waller Kelley; her husband Donald M. Thompson; her daughter Rebecca Moore; her grandson Jordan Moore; and her close friend Richard E. Myers.

She is survived by: her children, Ruth Coleman (Roger) and Bill Thompson of South Point, Ohio; and her siblings, Paul Kelly of Chesapeake and Jeanie Wilson of Marysville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
