He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Hall; his aunts, Mary Jo Rigney, Alberta Rigney Osborne and Zelpha Rigney; his uncle Paul Rigney; and his pet Rocky.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dalton Rigney; his daughters, Nicole Mullins of Mount Clare, WV and Brandae Napier (Robert) of South Point, Ohio; his stepson Dalton Carey of South Point, Ohio; his uncle Oscar Rigney, Jr. of Bradrick, Ohio; his sister Brenda Steinbrecher; and his grandchildren, Kara Mullins, Cassandra Campbell and Drake Campbell.
