He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bryant Barnette; his stepmother Dottie Comer; his daughters, Jody Walker Newman and Jessica Barnette McKee; his son-in-law Brent McKee; his grandchildren, Alexandra Walker, Ashley Cornwell, Brittany Newman, Eli Newman, Jose, Joseph, Anthony, Gavin, Madelyn, Lucy, Mason and Olivia McKee; and his great grandchildren, Mylah and Koda Cornwell.
