He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roscoe Kearns and Alice Wells Kearns; his siblings, Roscoe Kearns, Glenn Kearns and Edna Smith; his children, Gilda Kearns Kinder (Charles Bernard) of South Point, OH, Ralph E. Kearns, Jr. (Shirley) of Worthington, KY and Dreama Sue Ashworth (Donald) of South Point, OH; and his brother Garland Wendall Kearns (Helen) of South Point, OH. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
