He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Meadows and Virgie Thacker Meadows; his wife Christine Meadows; and his daughter Lisa Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Meadows, Marty Meadows, Timothy Joe Meadows and Brian Meadows (Shawnda); and his stepchildren, Terry Williamson, Sandy Staton and Mike West (Becky). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
