He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Darrius Bays and Mary Pauline Quentrill Bays; his grandparents, Roy, Goldie Bays, Tom and Elizabeth Quentrill; his wife Sharon L. Dillow Bays; his daughters, Laura Ward of South Point, OH and Kim Carey (Mark) of South Point, OH; his grandchildren, Danielle, Sarah Ward, Hannah and Emilee Carey; and his sister Sandi Burnett (Johnnie).
