She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hardy. She is survived by: her parent Peggy Lowe Webb of Chesapeake, OH.; her children, John Douglas Bills (Ashley), Zachary Bills (Kari) and Sarah Rickman (Scott); her stepdaughter Megan Hardy; her siblings, Connie Myers and Mitchell Webb (Bonita); and her grandchildren, Hunter Bills, Emma Bills, Paxtyn Rickman and Faith Wilkerson.
