She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Scott Plybon; and her brothers, Robert Scott Mannon and William Edward Mannon. She is survived by: her husband Jack Hinkle; her children, Richard Doyle Chastain of South Point, Charles Jackie Hinkle (Heather) of South Point and Hope Shanea Plybon of Chesapeake; her grandchildren, Kurt, Brennon, Megan, Sarah, Hannah, Makenzie and Clarissa; and her sisters, Reva Rice of Huntington, WV and Kathy Ingram of Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
