He is survived by: his wife Audrey Ratliff Pryor; his son Barry Parsons (Beverly) of South Point; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Parsons of Ironton, OH; his daughters, Tina Irwin and Shannon Richardson; his grandchildren, Kelly, Terry, Barry, Kevin and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Zoe, Cheyanne, Eden, Brooklyn, Hunter, Joey, Justin, Brittany, Payton, Sarah and Mike.
