He was predeceased by: his wife Linda D. Lewis; his son Lisa Hogsten; his siblings, Carlyle Lewis, Lois Patterson and Rhonda Dennison-Mays; his children, Chris Lewis, Lisa Marie (Donnie Hogsten), Terra Dawn (Richard "Pep" Pryor) and Regina Ann Lewis-Saiffullah (Kyes Saifullah); and his sister Jayden.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Charles L. Miller; and his grandchildren, Hunter Hogsten, Zahky Saifullah and Jariyah Saifullah.
