He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Meyers (Jimmy) of Ironton, Kara Perkins of Ironton and Crystal Easterling (Ronnie) of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Brenda Large of Ironton, Vickie Mullens (William) of Hanging Rock, Angie Jessie (John) of Ironton, Jeff Jenkins (Tina) of Columbus, OH and Kevin Jenkins (Gail) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Lauren Matney, Wyatt Mullens, Greyson Meyers, Eli Utsinger, Ali Utsinger, Ashton Perkins, Carter Jenkins, Cole Jenkins, Riley Jenkins and Marley Jenkins; his great grandchild Rowan Matney; and his nephews, Joe Mullens and Seth Large. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
