He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Terrell and Dorothy Cogswell Terrell; his niece Dottie; and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Robinette Terrell of South Point, Ohio; his children, Dr. William "Billy" Terrell (Nicole) of Hastings, Neb., Todd Wells (Donna) of South Point, Ohio and Ann Mays (Jackie) of Las Vegas, Nev.; his grandchildren, Morgan (BJ), Mallory, Ethan, Emmaline, Zachary and Garrett; and his sister Elizabeth Graybeal.
