Bills (South Point, Ohio), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Bills; his stepson Butch Dennison; and his nephew Greg Bills. He is survived by: his parent Clida Bills; his wife Phyllis Bess Bills; his children, John Bills (Angie) of South Point, OH, James Bills (Tonya) of Richwood, OH, Benjamin Bills of Akron, OH, Donna Bills of Austin, TX and Dana Leiato of San Antonio, TX; his stepdaughters, Marsha Henson (David) and Teresa Viglianco (David); his brother Garland Bills (Janice) of Chesapeake, OH; his nephews, Garland "Buddy" Bills, Jr. and Gary Bills; and his grandchildren, John Douglas Bills, Zachary Bills, Randi Hair, Mariah Angulo, Brian Henson, Aaron Henson, Mark Henson, Chris Ann Fields, Maria Portis and David Viglianco, II. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
