He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles David and Nettie Dean (Fugate). He is survived by : his children, Chase Dean (Sophia), Cadence Doughman and Matthew Chapman; and his siblings, Jennifer Dean, Beth McClellan (Brian) and Greg Dean (Lori Owens). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his many friends.
