He was predeceased by : his mother Stella Mercer (Daniels). He is survived by : his father Merrill Mercer; his son Austin Mercer of South Vienna; and his sisters, Lora Little (Kelly), Lisa Johnson and Robin Smith (Matt). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
