We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2021, at the age of 86, Clyde Richard Slack of South Webster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Slack and Sarah Slack (Johnson); his wife Eunice Slack (Jarvis); and his brothers, Melford, James, Lawrence and Leroy.

He is survived by : his daughter Melody Slack of South Webster; his sisters, Delsie King (Tom) of Lucasville and Dearie Godfrey (Dwaine) of Lucasville; and his grandchildren, Eric Slack (Deamie) and Megan Freedman (Steven). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
