She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Belcher and Mishie Belcher (Slack); her husband James Watson; and her siblings, Patricia Jarrells, Thomas and Willard "Popi" Belcher.
She is survived by : her children, Shari Faulkner of South Webster, Helen Bailey (Scott) of Portsmouth and Shannon Bobst of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
