He was predeceased by : his parents, Art McNelly and Lizzie Charles McNelly; and his brothers, Jim of South Webster and Ralph McNelly of South Webster. He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his daughters, Lisa Anderson (Ray Vestal) and Lori McNelly; his grandson Tyler Anderson; and his brothers, Doug McNelly (Freda) and Dave McNelly (Penny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, masks will be required to keep the people Larry loved safe.
