He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell H. Cooley and Marie Cooley (Johnson); his wife Norma Gill Cooley; and his siblings, Frank, Howard, Lonnie, Dwight, Don, Douglas Cooley and Marilyn Stiltner.
He is survived by : his children, Wayne C. Cooley (Tonya) of Portsmouth, Beverly Charles of Sciotoville, Roberta Hamilton (Terry) of South Shore and Crystal Gifford of Miami, FL; and his granddaughter Deanna McCallister. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
