He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Dale and Lydia Elizabeth Kinsey (Nusbaum); his great grandchild Ezra Stark; and his siblings, Margaret Miller (Lewis), Doris Smead (Robert), Harriet Voirol (Cletus), Lawrence Kinsey (Nancy) and Loren Kinsey.
He is survived by: his wife Norene Mae Bauman; his children, Sheryl Stark (Steven) of Hicksville, David Kinsey (Gretchen) of Spencerville and Sharon Kinsey of Spencerville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jared Stark, Kimberly Speiss (Timothy), Ryan Stark (Rebecca), Katelyn Kinsey and Sophia Kinsey; his great grandchildren, Levi, Elias, Faith, Olivia, Micah, Joel and David; and his brother Morris Kinsey (Gail) of New Hampshire.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (706 N Main St, Hicksville, OH 43526). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
