He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Polakovics (Finn) and Edward Allen Polakovics; his wife Mary Beatrice Polakovics (Walker); and his brother Jerry Polakovics. He is survived by : his daughter Tina Krueger; his stepdaughter Debbie McDowell (David) of New Paris, OH; his sister Anita Polakovics; his granddaughter Leslie Jones; and his great grandchild Samantha.
