She was predeceased by: her parents, George Winner and Ruth Winner (Salisbury). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rosso; her children, Alicia Wiehe (Rob) and Thomas Jr. Rosso (Jen); and her grandchildren, Ava, Clay, Will and Madeline.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Girl Scouts of America.
