He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Patrick and Solia Patrick (Likens); his grandsons, Emmanuel Christopher Patrick and Douglas Carl Patrick II; his great grandchild Bailey Adkins; and his siblings, Berchard Patrick, Mildred Jackson, Imogene Stacey, Ruth Bailey and Maud Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Patrick; his son Douglas Carl Patrick (Cindy); and his stepchildren, Teresa Coffey, Kathy Arbaugh and Richard Arbaugh (Tammy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
