She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Lykins and Gladys Lykins (Lykins); and her stepdaughter Sherri Lynn Fugate. She is survived by: her husband Wayne A. Fugate; her stepchildren, Annie (Chet), Tammy Fugate, Wendy Fleck (Tim) of Elkhart, IN and Duane (Loretta); her siblings, Ruth Brown of Grand Rapids, MI and Joe Lykins (Lois) of Hazel Green, KY; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy McCaw and Joseph Fugate (Shirley) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
